We ship across the contiguous United States. Free shipping is included on all orders, no minimum required.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
5. How fast does the K-01 go and how far can it travel?
The EVRYBIKE K-01 reaches up to 20 MPH and delivers up to 24 miles of range on a single charge — perfect for daily commutes and weekend rides.
6. Is the bike difficult to assemble?
Not at all. The K-01 arrives 90% pre-assembled. The only step is attaching the front wheel, which takes about 15–20 minutes. We include all tools and a step-by-step video to make it easy.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll take care of the rest — no questions asked.
